Somebody made me cry...

Awhile back, I opened up and posted about some hard life stuff that was/is going on, and received so many amazingly sweet and heartfelt comments.  I think it was then that I realized what an amazing source of comfort all of you are!

Since the beginning of my blog, there has been one gal that I have grown to love so much, and I'm always waiting to see when she comments....and without fail, everytime, I get them.  They're always long (which I don't expect but it reminds me of my best friend Heather who always leaves me 3 minute messages.  We've done that since college and I love it!) and they're always so REAL.  I get a little piece of her everytime I read her comments.

Yesterday, I opened my mailbox to find two shiny silver packages postmarked all the way from Wales....!!

It was seriously like Christmas!  She put SO much time and thought into this!  Samantha from The Nest sent me some of the most beautiful treasures...to help out and to just be a sweetheart in general.  I can't express enough how grateful I am for such an awesome friend whom I've yet to meet.  I couldn't hold back the tears as I read her heartfelt note, and I'm currently listening to Ray Lamontagne which is not helping to fight back tears even now haha.  (Oh Ray, you always know how to strike a nerve in me...)

(J for Jana and T for Tanner...aren't they adorable?)

I write this to say thank you Samantha, for being such an amazing and gracious person with a loving heart.  More importantly, I write this to tell you all to go visit her, get to know her...and take a look at her amazing home!

Hi Jana! I just wanted to stop by and thank you for stopping by ~ I am so glad you did, mostly because it led me to your lovely blog! I have really enjoyed reading through all your posts - you have such a wonderful outlook on things, I love the way you write and your decorating/home are divine! I loved the letter to Pottery Barn! I feel exactly the same way. I'm sorry that "difficulties" have crept into your life. Once I decided to concentrate more on "being" rather than "having" and really re-evaluated what was important to me in life, it makes me so thankful for those things. :)
I look forward to following along ~

I'm so glad everything arrived - eventually!!
You make me sound so lovely - I'm horrible really!
I'm glad I could help and you've actually helped me clear some clutter out of my 'fit to burst' house. Let me know how your Vintage White's Market goes xx
